About the Role:
As a Backend Developer at HBSPL, you will be responsible for building server-side logic, designing robust APIs, and ensuring smooth communication between client and server components. You’ll work on backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, and Express.js while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create secure and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Implement backend business logic using Express.js, Spring Boot, Django, or Node.js.
- Manage data flow and integration between front-end and databases.
- Optimize code for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure application security and data protection best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design and integration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on with Express.js, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Experience in API development, database design (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Git, RESTful architecture, and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in backend development.
- Degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for coding and backend technologies.
