Role Overview
As an AI Engineer at HBSPL, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI and machine learning models. You’ll work on advanced technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to build intelligent systems that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world applications.
- Work with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Build, test, and optimize machine learning pipelines.
- Research and experiment with state-of-the-art AI tools and frameworks.
- Deploy models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Write efficient and maintainable Python scripts for automation and data handling.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision concepts.
- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Wrangling, and Feature Engineering.
- Understanding of SQL, APIs, and Cloud Deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Awareness of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in AI / ML / Data Science.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong mathematical and statistical foundation.
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and problem-solving using technology.
Work Location
- Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model – Mix of Office and Remote).
Compensation
- CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA (based on skills and experience).
