About the Cloud Engineer Role
HBSPL is looking for a Cloud Engineer to support the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure. The role involves configuring cloud resources, monitoring system performance, and maintaining service reliability. You will work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities also include supporting cloud security, managing access controls, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system efficiency. This role offers opportunities to work with modern cloud technologies and support scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor cloud resources, system performance, availability, and usage.
- Support cloud security, access management, permissions, and configuration checks.
- Assist with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams on deployments and infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow cloud management best practices.
Required Skills
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and cloud service models.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Linux, servers, and operating systems.
- Understanding of cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and resource management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, or other automation tools is beneficial.
- Basic troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, B.Tech and B.Sc or a related field is preferred. Cloud certifications, academic projects, internships, or practical experience with cloud platforms are an added advantage.
Experience
Freshers with a foundation in cloud computing, networking, or system administration can apply. Candidates with relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, automation, or cloud operations are also encouraged to apply.
