About the Mobile App Developer Role
HBSPL is looking for a Mobile App Developer to develop, maintain, and improve mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The role involves creating user-friendly interfaces, integrating APIs, troubleshooting application issues, and optimizing app performance to deliver reliable and engaging mobile experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces based on project requirements and design guidelines.
- Integrate REST APIs, backend services, and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
- Work with databases, local storage, and application state management.
- Identify bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve application performance.
- Ensure application compatibility across different devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, testers, and other team members.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and mobile development best practices.
- Support application updates, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mobile application development for Android or iOS.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Dart, depending on the development platform.
- Understanding of Flutter, React Native, or native mobile development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of REST API integration, JSON, and backend connectivity.
- Understanding of mobile UI design, navigation, and responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with databases, debugging tools, and Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of application testing, performance optimization, and mobile security basics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Education Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant technical skills, practical projects, or equivalent development experience may also be considered.
Experience
Entry-level candidates with a strong foundation in programming and mobile application development can apply. Candidates with prior experience in Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, or related mobile technologies are also encouraged to apply.
