About the Role
HBSPL is looking for an experienced Sales Force Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and a good understanding of CRM solutions, custom applications, and system integrations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to build reliable solutions and improve existing Salesforce processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with Salesforce and external systems.
- Design and maintain Salesforce data models, security settings, and user access.
- Write and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and identify suitable technical solutions.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release support.
- Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and custom developments.
- Follow Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform features and relevant technologies.
Required Skills
Candidates should have strong knowledge and practical experience in:
- Salesforce CRM Platform
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Lightning Experience
- SOQL and SOSL
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, and Workflows
- REST / SOAP API Integrations
- Salesforce Data Model and Security
- Apex Triggers, Classes, and Test Classes
- Salesforce Deployment and Change Management
- Git / Version Control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, B.Tech and B.Sc or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Sales Force Platform Developer I / II, Administrator, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong professional experience in Salesforce development and relevant technical skills are preferred.
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Development or a closely related Salesforce domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce configuration, and integrations.
- Experience working on Salesforce implementation, customization, enhancement, or support projects.
- Ability to work independently on development tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in understanding business requirements and converting them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
