Role Overview
As a UI/UX Developer at HBSPL, you will be responsible for designing and developing,engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences by combining design principles with front-end development skills. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and translating them into responsive, high-quality code that enhances usability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web applications.
- Ensure consistency in design systems and branding.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with latest design trends and technologies.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of UI design principles (typography, color theory, layout, spacing).
- Knowledge of UX principles (user research, usability, user journeys, personas).
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Basic knowledge of interaction design and usability testing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design,Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and user-centered design.
- Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
Work Location
- Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model – Mix of Office and Remote).
Compensation
- CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA (based on skills and experience).
