About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Developer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves designing user interfaces, developing wireframes and prototypes, improving website and application usability, and ensuring responsive design across devices. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to transform user requirements into effective digital solutions that balance functionality, accessibility, and visual design.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for websites, web applications, and digital products based on project requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
- Use Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools to develop consistent and visually appealing interfaces.
- Apply responsive web design, layout principles, typography, color theory, and design systems to improve usability and visual consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify design issues and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to implement design specifications accurately.
- Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to understand design feasibility and support frontend development.
- Maintain design documentation, reusable components, and UI standards while ensuring accessibility and consistency across digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Understanding of UI design, UX design, user-centered design principles, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff processes.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive web design, and basic JavaScript.
- Understanding of user research, user flows, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout design, and design systems.
- Familiarity with mobile-first design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility principles.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into clear, user-friendly design solutions.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, B.Tech and B.Sc or a related field.
- UI/UX certifications, design portfolios, academic projects, or practical experience with design tools will be an advantage.
Experience
- Freshers: Candidates with UI/UX design fundamentals, academic projects, internships, certifications, or a portfolio demonstrating their design skills can apply.
- Experienced Professionals: Prior experience in UI/UX design, user interface development, web design, prototyping, or a related domain is preferred.
