Role Overview
As an SAP FICO Consultant at HBSPL, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO solutions to support financial accounting and controlling processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to ensure smooth integration of financial data across systems. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, customizing SAP modules, supporting end-to-end implementations, and resolving issues to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules to support financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
- Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting processes.
- Support integration of SAP FICO with other modules like MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Assist in SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to financial regulations.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO module, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Familiarity with SAP tools and basic exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of key components such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Experience in handling financial reports, month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Knowledge of SAP navigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP FICO with other modules like MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in SAP FICO and Tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and basic knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
- Passion for working on real-time financial systems and solving business problems using SAP solutions.
Work Location
- Chennai/Coimbatore/Salem/Trichy/Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model – Mix of Office and Remote).
Compensation
- CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA (based on skills and experience).
